Some of what we carry did not begin with us.
We are born into a family system with a story that began long before we arrived. Within that story are relationships, beliefs, losses, strengths, traditions, and patterns that can continue from one generation to the next.
Sometimes we recognize these patterns in our own lives: in our relationship with our mother or father, the partners we choose, our ability to receive, our sense of belonging, our relationship with money and success, or patterns that seem to repeat even when we consciously want something different.
ROOTS is an ancestral healing journey created to explore these deeper connections and bring greater awareness to what may be influencing your life today.
Through the lens of Family Constellations, we will explore a specific theme in each gathering and create opportunities to recognize family dynamics, honor those who came before us, release what is no longer ours to carry, and reconnect with the strength and resources within our lineage.
Through guided group exercises and experiential activities, you will have the opportunity to experience Family Constellations in an accessible and meaningful way.
Because understanding where we come from can change how we choose to move forward.

WHAT ARE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellations is an experiential approach that explores relationships and patterns within the family system. It can help bring awareness to dynamics that may be difficult to recognize when looking only at our individual experiences.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
No. ROOTS is open to people who are completely new to Family Constellations as well as those who have experienced this work before. No previous knowledge or preparation is required.
DO I NEED TO KNOW MY FAMILY OR ANCESTRAL HISTORY?
No. You do not need to know your complete family history or have detailed information about previous generations. You can begin with what you know and what is present in your life today.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A SPECIFIC FAMILY PROBLEM TO ATTEND?
No. You may come because a particular area of your life feels ready for attention, because you recognize a repeating pattern, or simply because you want to understand yourself and your family story more deeply.
DO I HAVE TO SHARE MY PERSONAL STORY WITH THE GROUP?
You will always be invited to participate at the level that feels appropriate for you. You do not need to share every detail of your personal or family history to be part of the gathering.
CAN ROOTS REPLACE AN INDIVIDUAL FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS SESSION?
ROOTS offers an opportunity to learn about and experience Family Constellations within a group setting around a shared theme. If you feel called to explore a personal situation more deeply afterward, you can choose to continue with an individual Family Constellations session.
