Your session time is reserved especially for you. This policy is designed to create clarity and respect for the time and preparation dedicated to each session. Please review the following information before booking with My Inward Journey.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION

All payments for sessions are non-refundable. Your appointment is considered confirmed once the booking process has been completed and you have received your confirmation.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment or receive credit toward another My Inward Journey session or event.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or credit.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or credit.

ONLINE SESSIONS

For online sessions, please join from a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection and arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

If unexpected technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place, the situation will be considered individually and the session may be rescheduled when appropriate.

SESSION CREDITS

Eligible credits may be applied toward another session or event offered directly through My Inward Journey. Credits are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within 6 months of the original appointment date.

UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES

I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. Exceptional situations may be considered individually at the discretion of My Inward Journey.

If My Inward Journey needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment date. If the new arrangements do not work for you, you may choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

AGREEMENT

By booking a session with My Inward Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
