SACRED FEMININE

Half-Day Retreat

Womb Healing • Ancestral Lineage • Reconnection

Your story did not begin with you.

There was a moment when your grandmother carried your mother within her, and within your mother’s developing body were already the reproductive cells that would become part of the next generation.

Three generations, physically connected in one moment.

But lineage is more than biology. We are also shaped by the women who came before us through their stories, relationships, beliefs, traditions, struggles, strength, and the ways they learned what it meant to be a woman.

Sometimes we recognize pieces of these stories in our own lives: in our relationship with our mother, patterns that repeat between women in the family, our ability to receive, or the relationship we have with our bodies, intuition, creativity, sensuality, and feminine energy.

Sacred Feminine is an invitation to honor the women who came before you, recognize what you want to carry forward, release what it is time to let go, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

Because our lineage does not only carry what needs healing. There is also wisdom to receive, strength to remember, love to honor, and a life that is yours to create.

FAQ

frequently
asked questions

Within Sacred Feminine, womb healing is an invitation to reconnect with the womb as both a physical part of the body and a symbolic and energetic space connected to creation, intuition, feminine energy, and lineage. It creates space to recognize what may be ready to be honored, released, remembered, or transformed.

No. You do not need to arrive with a problem or something that needs to be “fixed.” You may come to release and transform, but you may also come to reconnect with yourself, honor your feminine lineage, receive its wisdom, and deepen your relationship with your feminine energy.

Yes. This work is not dependent on having a physical uterus. Within the retreat, the womb is also approached symbolically and energetically through your connection with your body, feminine energy, creativity, and lineage.

Absolutely. Womb healing is not only connected to pregnancy or motherhood. Creation can take many forms, including your ideas, dreams, relationships, expression, purpose, and the life you choose to create.

No. You do not need to know your complete family history or the stories of the women who came before you. You can begin with your own story, your relationship with yourself, and what is present in your life today.

Yes. Sacred Feminine can be a meaningful retreat to experience alongside the women in your family. Each woman is still invited to honor her own personal journey within the shared space.
