A Story of Transformation

1 | An Early Calling

When I was 13, I was already unknowingly practicing energy healing with my hands. I vividly remember two significant moments with friends who, after an accident, asked me to use my hands to bring them comfort—and it worked. Yet it wasn’t until I discovered Reiki at 31 that I fully understood: what I’d been doing all along was energy healing, a natural gift I’d been using instinctively since my early years.

2 | A Life-Changing Discovery

In 2016, during a challenging period, I discovered Reiki, a practice that brought profound insight and a renewed sense of well-being. It opened up new ways to understand and heal my body, mind, and soul, becoming a powerful source of personal transformation and self-discovery.

3 | Embracing Mindfulness

Reiki was only the beginning. It inspired me to explore a range of practices that promote self-awareness and mindfulness, helping me cultivate balance and resilience through inner reflection and intention. My journey has strengthened my commitment to supporting others on their own path of discovery.

4 | Connecting Tradition and Modern Insights

My journey led me to both ancient and modern practices, including Family Constellations and other integrative techniques. These experiences have given me a unique approach, combining ancestral wisdom with practical tools to support personal growth and emotional wellness.

My Work Foundation

My journey as a therapist and energy healer began with Reiki, which opened the door to the profound world of healing. This foundational experience ignited a path of continuous learning, leading me to explore the Akashic Records, therapeutic oracle readings, quantum recalibration, sound healing, ancient practices, and meditation.

During this path, I had the opportunity to live in Mexico, an experience that profoundly transformed my understanding of healing my body, mind, and soul. Immersed in the cultural richness of the Mexica, Mayan, and Toltec traditions, I became a cacao ceremony facilitator under the guidance of Tata Izaías in Guatemala and learned rituals and ceremonies from my lineage with abuela Patricia Guerra, a respected traditional elder. I spent years learning from the native peoples of Mexico, honoring their wisdom, and weaving their practices into my own work.

In 2020, my journey expanded to include Family Constellations, where I earned an international certification from Instituto Sowelu. Currently, I am in a program with the Acadeny Healing Nutrition from UK. to get my certification as a Holistic Health Coach. Growth continues to fuel my dedication to learning and self-transformation, allowing me to guide others on their inward journeys with authenticity, respect, and reverence for these sacred healing traditions.

To truly transform, we must journey inward.
